Refund policy

You are responsible to pay the shipping on all returns on damaged or undamaged goods. Please add a tracking number. 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the arrival of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in it's original condition, and also in it's original packaging. All mats and backing must be included if it is a print. If the item has a certificate of authenticity, it must also be included. Please email me at melaniewear@mail.com to arrange a return. 

Damaged Items

If you receive a broken, torn or damaged item, we will gladly offer you a credit for the purchase price. To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. melaniewear@mail.com Photographic evidence may be required.

No cash refunds unless item is in perfect condition. If it is damaged in any way, we offer store credit. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on this website.
